PEAK has a lot of items and food. While these items lack descriptions. Below, please see the full item effect analysis of PEAK , hoping it can help everyone.
The total length of the stamina bar is 100, and the upper limit of the additional endurance bar is 100. The length of each increase in hunger is 2.5% of the stamina, denoted as 2.5.
In the following text, all numbers represent percentages of the total length of the stamina bar. The in-game determination of adding status has a probability of burning 2.5, for example, a 40-poison mushroom may only increase by 37.5, which is probably a bug. The toxicity of poisonous food remains unchanged after being cooked, including the amount of poison, onset time, and time to eliminate toxins. (Slowly detoxifying 30 seconds after being poisoned is the default mechanism of the character state and has nothing to do with food; poisonous food only adds poison to you.) Cooking food does not enhance its effects such as restoring health, detoxifying, or reducing temperature, but only adds to its satiety or additional stamina (abbreviated as stamina).
Food Cooking Mechanism:
Cooking food once (cooked) is best. Generally, satiety will double. For those without extra stamina, it will provide 10 points of extra stamina, and for those with extra stamina, it will increase to 1.5 times the extra stamina;
Roasting twice (well-done) is the same as roasting once;
Roast 3 times (brunt), reduce 5 satiety on the basis of doubling, and the food will not provide any stamina;
Roasting 4 times (incinerated) reduces satiety by an additional 5 points on the basis of roasting 3 times, and has an immediate 10-point poisoning effect. Continuing to manually roast will keep the status name unchanged (incinerated), but the toxin amount and satiety reduction can be stacked multiple times, with each roasting increasing the toxin amount by 10 points and reducing satiety by 5 points (the lower limit is 0 satiety, and eating food will not increase hunger instead), and stacking too much can directly poison the player with a single bite. (Food dropped in a hot terrain will not continue to stack toxins multiple times after being automatically charred, and picking it up and eating it only results in 10 points of poison.)
Note: There is currently a bug where, when there are different levels of cooked food of the same type on the character, eating overcooked food may cause a bug and result in a loss of values (and sometimes, two foods with the same level of cooking can produce different effects). When writing guides, some people may draw incorrect conclusions due to this bug, such as "cooking twice will return to the base satiety level, the same as eating raw". If a single food item is cooked twice, its effect is the same as cooking it once. (Specific test examples are provided at the end of the document.) The satiety of some foods is not affected by cooking (although stamina is), and the satiety of jelly beans (nuts), chocolate bars (cereal bars), boxed lunches (airline meals), and ginseng (herbs) does not increase when cooked and does not decrease when burnt, making them rather special.
Items dropped on the terrain where standing burns feet (excluding magma) will be heated. When standing on such terrain and getting burned, items held in hand will also be heated (qualitative change requires multiple judgments).
Items stored in pockets or backpacks will not be scorched. Chain launchers, pitons (carabiners), ropes, anti-gravity ropes, rope guns, anti-gravity rope guns will break after being roasted once, and so will portable stoves. Therefore, be sure to note that usable items that fall onto hot terrain will be damaged after being scorched a few times (using them directly on hot terrain is fine). Incidentally, anti-gravity ropes do not automatically recharge slowly; what a certain "official" wiki website states is wrong (this website has a large amount of data that is completely incorrect).
Items that take effect after being thrown (platform mushrooms, health-restoring explosive fungi, magic beans, banana peels) will not break when roasted, but there are no additional bonuses either.
Items that won't be damaged by roasting but have no additional bonuses include the Newcomer's Guide Manual, torn paper, two types of Compass, Lantern and Healing Lantern, Flare, Horn, Petal Horn, and the Horn for Summoning the Scoutmaster.
When you find a scroll on the ground at the mountaintop, don't rush to open it. First, roast it over the campfire and then open it, and you can get 10 extra stamina for free.
Once opened, torn paper won't work even if roasted. Many disposable items will provide additional stamina when roasted.
Apart from Scrolls, Bandages, First-aid Kits, Hot Packs, Figurines, and Blow Darts can all provide 10 additional Stamina to the user after being roasted once before use.
Cursed Skeletons can also be roasted, and users will gain 50 additional stamina points while dying instantly.
Since Pandora's Lunchbox gives random effects and there is still a chance that the stamina bar will be reset even after being roasted, it is unclear whether there is any bonus. Anyway, roasting it won't do any harm, so if you really want to use it, you can roast it.
The following lists the food cooking bonus data, based on one roasting. (The weight is the default difficulty value; if it is A3 or above, all weights should be increased by 2.5 on this basis.)

Note: After being poisoned, the countdown for automatic detoxification will not start until 30 seconds have passed. Every 6 seconds, 2.5 units of poison will be reduced, meaning that the toxin will not decrease until 36 seconds after being poisoned. This is the default state mechanism of the character itself and has nothing to do with food. Therefore, stop saying that cooked food detoxifies faster!

The Petal Horn (2.5 weight) provides a temporary buff that prevents stamina depletion for teammates when blown, and can be blown for up to 8 seconds (not 10 seconds as many misinformation-filled strategy websites claim).
The lantern (5 weight) when lit provides an effect that reduces cold by 2.5 per second to the surroundings, lasting up to 1 minute. (Players themselves reduce cold at a rate of 2.5 every 2 seconds)

Blood Regeneration Explosive Fungus (2.5 weight): When hitting the ground, it will explode and create a smoke that restores 2.5 HP per second, instantly restores 17.5 HP upon explosion, and restores a maximum of 45 HP in total.
PS: The bug regarding cooked food is very obvious when tested with brown bananas. Pick them up individually and cook them one by one to eat:
15 satiety 10 stamina โ 30 satiety 15 stamina โ 30 satiety 15 stamina โ 25 satiety โ 20 satiety 10 poisoning
Take them out one by one in the order from raw to charred and eat them while carrying them all on you:
15 satiety 10 stamina โ 30 satiety 15 stamina โ 15 satiety 10 stamina โ 10 satiety โ 10 satiety 10 poison (It's strange that even satiety doesn't follow the routine and deducts 5. What's going on?) When both cooked and well-done are on the body, if you eat cooked first and then well-done, the latter will lose satiety and stamina bonuses, just like eating raw. This is a bug. Eating them in the reverse order sometimes also has bugs (but sometimes no bugs), and the specific cause is not fully understood. If both well-done and brunt are on the body, eating well-done first is just like eating raw, while brunt also deducts 5 satiety (normally it should be doubled and then deducted, but this one deducts 5 from the raw value without doubling) and also has the characteristic of not providing stamina.
If there are two welldones on the body, sometimes different effects can be tasted, which may be related to both the order of roasting and the order of eating.
But if you only have one raw fruit on you, directly roasting it twice until well-done will have the same effect as eating it cooked.
In summary, when there are different levels of cooked food of the same type on the body, bugs may occur, resulting in loss of values (although there are also cases where no bugs occur), and even the same level of cooked food may cause bugs and produce different effects when eaten. However, cooking and eating a single food item will not cause bugs, and cooking all items only once is also fine.
